WAVETREE is run by busy families — and this season one of our founders is away sailing and travelling (out living the brand).

So we’re pausing Rainwear for now, but we’ll be back with a new range in the future.

The Classic Raincoat is perfect for keeping kids dry and comfortable on those drizzly days when they still want to play and explore. Enhanced by a stylish and timeless design, the raincoat is available in a range of colours to stand out and brighten up any overcast day, and reflective elements on the front and back help increase visibility in low light conditions. It's also lightweight, making it easy to take along on any outdoor adventure.

  • Concealed wrist seals in the cuffs to keep sleeves in place and keep rain out.

  • Velcro-sealed zip guard for extra protection against the elements.
  • High quality, smooth and soft waterproof polyurethane outer material. 
  • 100% Cotton lining with a classic stripe pattern.
  • Classic Raincoats are made by our OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 accredited supplier. This standard tests and sets the benchmarks for textile safety, so these products are PFAS/PFC-free, and they are also PVC-free.  
What is the Size like?

Kids of all ages have different sizes, so please refer to the Size Chart to find the best fit for your child.

Our sizing is based on approximate ages, and our garments are designed with room for growth and layering when it's extra cold.

Care instructions

We recommend spot cleaning the raincoat by brushing off any dirt and using damp cloth to clean the waterproof fabric.

If the raincoat is heavily soiled it can be placed in the washing machine with a gentle cold wash (up to a maximum of 30° celsius).

When drying the raincoat, hang dry only.

Please note:

  • Machine Wash separately to avoid any colour run.
  • Machine Wash sparingly to maintain waterproof efficacy and adhesion of reflective patches.
  • DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.

  • Outer: 100% Polyester with polyurethane waterproof coating with a smooth and soft finish.
  • Inner: 100% Cotton lining.

Shipping

We will ship your order same-day up to 10am. Orders after 10am, will be shipped on the next business day.

All orders are sent from our warehouse in Smeaton Grange, NSW.

We make shipping easy with simple rates:

  • Standard Flat Rate with Tracked Shipping = $10.
  • Free Standard Tracked Shipping is available for orders over $150 (Australia Only).
  • International Rates calculated at checkout for NZ / EU / UK. Delivery Duties Unpaid for International Orders (Import Duties & Taxes May Apply). Please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30 Day Return and Refund Policy.

If your product is unused and in new condition we will accept returns in the original packaging within 30 days of your shipment being received. Our refund policy excludes any Clearance Sale items.

Please note, return shipping is at your expense, but if you are exchanging your product for another size, we will resend your product at no additional cost to you (Australia-wide-shipping only).
