Lodge a Return

If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, we offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Products may be returned for an exchange to another size, or for change of mind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Other than trying on, it must be unused, in its original packaging and resalable. 

To start a return, please fill out the below form and provide us with your order reference number and the reason for return or exchange. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions where to send your package.

Please note, return shipping is at your expense, but if you are exchanging your product for another size, we will resend your product at no additional cost to you (Australia-wide shipping only).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please check your products upon arrival and contact us if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can address the issue and make it right.

In the event of a product being faulty or damaged, Wavetree will either provide a paid shipping label, or will refund the cost to return the product. We will advise you on the return details and address.

Refunds

In accordance to the 30 Return Policy, refunds will be issued for products that are either:

  • Unused, in its original packaging and resalable.  
  • Damaged or incorrect products.

We will notify you once we have received and checked the returned item/s. If products are returned in a unused and resalable condition, you will be refunded on your original payment method, less shipping fees.

In the case of a damaged product/s, refunds will be provided for product and shipping fees.

Please allow up to 10 days for your bank or credit card provider to process your refund.
