Shipping and Order Processing
Australian Orders:
We make shipping easy with simple rates:
- Standard Flat Rate with Tracked Shipping = $10
- Free Standard Tracked Shipping is available for orders over $150.
We will ship your order same-day up to 10am. Orders after 10am, will be shipped on the next business day. All orders are sent from our warehouse in Smeaton Grange, NSW.
Please allow for extended order processing and dispatch times during seasonal heightened sales periods. Please note that all shipping time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.
Once your order is dispatched, your Order Tracking ID will be provided to you via email and/or text. Order Tracking data will become live shortly after your order is dispatched. Please check you junk mail if you have not received your Order Tracking ID.
Australia Shipping Time Frames:
We use Australia Post to fulfil orders and shipping timeframes vary subject to Metro, Regional and Interstate delivery locations. An indicative shipping time frame in Australia is 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch. [LINK TO AUSTRALIAN POST DELIVERY TIMES].
International Orders:
International Shipping is calculated at checkout.
International Orders over $150 AUD are not eligible for Free Tracked Shipping.

International Shipping Time Frames:
We use Australia Post to ship international orders from Australia, and shipping timeframes will vary which is beyond our control. Indicative shipping time frames for International Orders may exceed 14+ business days. Please check estimated International shipping timeframes for your location. Delivery Duties Unpaid / Taxes & Duties
International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the prices shown at checkout do not include any import duties, customs taxes (including VAT/GST), or carrier handling fees that may be charged by your country.
Any duties, taxes, or clearance fees assessed on delivery are the responsibility of the customer and are payable to the carrier or local customs authority. These charges are set by the destination country and are outside our control.
If fees are payable, the carrier may contact you to arrange payment before delivery. If an order is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid import charges, we may be unable to refund original shipping costs and return shipping fees may be deducted from any refund (where applicable).
Customs processing & delays
International deliveries may be subject to customs processing. Customs clearance can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. We can’t guarantee delivery dates for orders held by customs.
Shipping Disclaimer
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address you specify at the time of purchase. Wavetree is not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect or inaccurate addresses. Should this occur, Wavetree will not be able to send you another parcel as a replacement or make a refund.
There may be delays to indicative delivery time frames, which are beyond our control, including but not limited to: staff shortages due to COVID-19 and seasonal shipping demand. We do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by events outside of our control.
If you require faster shipping times, please contact Wavetree at hello@wavetree.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to additional shipping fees.
If a parcel is returned to Wavetree for various reasons including but not limited to, non-payment of fees, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, you will need to email hello@wavetree.com.au arrange redelivery. Any redelivery postage costs are payable by the customer.
Wavetree is not responsible for lost or stolen product parcels that are delivered to the address and left on your property in a designated or assumed safe place by the delivery person. In the event of the product parcel being lost or stolen, you should contact the transport courier or local postage authority for a resolution. If the parcel arrived at the delivery address and subsequently became lost or stolen, Wavetree will not be responsible or required to send you another product parcel or process a product refund.
